1. Shipping Coverage
SlimmingFuel™ delivers orders across serviceable locations in India. Delivery availability may vary depending on the customer’s PIN code and courier service coverage.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability and other operational factors.
Customers will be notified if an unexpected delay affects their order.
3. Delivery Timeline
Our estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from order processing and dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier service.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, logistical delays or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all orders.
SlimmingFuel™ does not charge customers an additional shipping fee for standard delivery to serviceable locations in India.
5. Payment Policy
All orders must be paid for in advance. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you through an available communication channel, such as WhatsApp, SMS or email.
Customers can use the tracking details to check their shipment status with the designated courier service.
7. Delivery Address and Contact Details
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address, PIN code and contact number when placing an order.
If an address or contact detail needs correction, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.
